Windows Live Messenger, more than just chatting

The Windows Live Messenger is not just a chatting or instant messaging application. It is more than that. You can play games and exchange pictures with your buddies right from the Live Messenger.

Windows Live Messenger was named MSN Messenger which then relaunched as Windows Messenger and finally now Windows Live Messenger. This application is comparable with Yahoo! Messenger from Yahoo and Gtalk from Google.

You need to have a WIndows Live ID to use the Windows Live Messenger services. Friend or contact list can be configured into contact group and can be managed in such a way to make it easier to see the people we chat with most.

There are some additional features highlighted by microsoft on this application. Capability to share photos right in the conversation window is among all those feature. And last but not least, there are games available to play with your onlini buddies. Of course there are a lot more features on Windows Live Messenger but this is my list for now.
